OKWNotAllowedValueException-Execption is triggerd, if a given value is prohibited.

Example:

EN.Select( "MyCheckbox", "House" ) - in a CheckBox there a allowed only the value CHECKED/UNCHECKED. All other values are trigering OKWNotAllowedValueException.
